Stop listening to music
Some people say that music raises your vibrations, because it makes you feel good. I do not believe that feeling good is an indicator of your vibrational state. A lot of lower vibrational activities involve a pleasant feeling.
When you listen to music in earphones, you are shooting the music straight to your brain. Yet, you ignore everything of the meaning held by the words or by the people involved in its production. You introduce the melodies and the messages in your brain day after day, years after years. It is a repetitive behavior.
Any repeated behavior will be integrated by our subconscious mind which is why I think of music as consciousness hijacking. Listening to music is the same mechanism as reciting a mantra. The repetition puts our brain into a trance. During this trance, it is unclear what is really happening. Where does someone go when they pray or when they sleep? It is hard to tell.
Where do you go when you are listening to music? It is even harder to tell.
Furthermore, I read in an old book that there is a magnetism specific to the area of the upper back of the neck. It is the area where we receive our thoughts from. Recent neurological studies have shown my latest statement.
Ideally, your brain is free and purified from any form of exogenous conditioning. especially the area you receive your thoughts from so that you can hear them clearly. Music that is mass produced has an effect on your brain. It lowers the strength of your brain magnetism. The magnetism is what allows you to attract the information you need. If your magnetism is lowered, you are having a harder time attracting the information you need to make enlightened choices throughout your day and life.
Your brain becomes weighted down, by a number of lyrics and melodies that are vibrating at very low frequency. It is hijacking you with something that is incomprehensible. The comprehensible parts are reprehensible : often narrating stories that are not aligned with a spiritually conscious story.
You can replace music in your daily life by the repetition of affirmations. In any activity that you would enjoy with music, try replacing the music by repeating things you have researched and fit your personal spiritual goals.
It is very hard to stop music. It is harder than quitting drugs and you could experience withdrawals. You must persevere to cut the attachment to the music.
