The human species is able to communicate through far more than simply words and body language. There are many things we have yet to understand on the thoughts that travel our brains.

When one starts to meditate/pray and feels the energetic lock in the back of their necks. Other people can feel it too. They do not know what they are feeling, or what they are looking at, but they are attracted and can not understand why. It is because they can feel that your mouth of God chakra is opened. In order to open it, there is no other way than through prayer and meditation. Unless maybe you are lucky.

When the mouth of God chakra is opened, you radiate light. Usually, under the full moon, when the light is at its maximum in the night sky, people behave crazily. That is because the light is shining on the shadows, which can not stand the light, and are trying to get out. On their way out they pass through you. You feel them along their way : it can be unconfortable and/or you can behave weirdly as a result.

Having your mouth of God opened has a similar effect on people. They feel exposed. Your light makes their shadows twist and turn, because it burns. This makes people not know how to behave around you, because they can feel your energetic pulsations yet they are not visible. This is leaving them confused and restless.

People who have an open mouth of God chakra know how overwhelming it can become to leave the area around the head exposed. Usually, a simple scarf tied loosely around the head and neck is enough to hide the mouth of God chakra and allows the energy to remain more private and discreet.

If the veil has to be worn for modesty. It is the modesty of having successfully ascended to a spiritual level high enough that people behave like werewolves under a fool moon around you. It is because the light emanating from you is so bright, you have to dim some of it with a veil,  otherwise other people lose their minds. It is this type of modesty we are talking about. The modesty of keeping some of your power hidden out of respect you for other people.
